Maybe you’ve had one too many disasters in the kitchen and vowed never to pick up a frying pan again, or maybe it’s just always fallen on the other half to get creative in the kitchen. Whatever your culinary skill or experience, we hope to be able to teach all to cook while on a cooking holiday in Italy.
Here’s how we make it possible:
We only ever host small groups
With a maximum of ten guests in the Villa, there is no jostling for attention from your chef or tutor. Small group sizes are not only great for a friendly social atmosphere – allowing you to get to know most of the group – but they are perfect for learning in too! Our Chefs will be able to help you out when it’s going a bit wrong and close knit groups aid how many tips you can pick up during the lessons.
We work with experienced and talented chefs.
With professional backgrounds and growing up with authentic home cooking, this results in our guests returning home happy and well fed every time. You only have to read feedback from previous guests to discover how great their talent must be! The culinary delight doesn’t have to end once you board the plane, each guest is given recipes from their trip so they can hopefully recreate the dishes they loved in Italy. One of our team, Sunshine, is getting ready to publish his first cookbook with further hints and tips for everyone to enjoy.
Group Lessons
Most of the hard work is done as a group, meaning you don’t have to tackle a full recipe by yourself straight away. Taking on small tasks to prepare a meal as a group creates a great social atmosphere where you are not expected to be an expert in the kitchen!
