Tuesday 29th December -

Benvenuti! Welcome to Tuscany! Our transfer driver will meet you in arrivals at Pisa Airport. He will be holding a sign that says ‘Flavours’. Once all together, at the airport, you will be transferred to La Frasca/Villa Luigi where you can settle in, meet your hosts, and enjoy some welcome food and drinks. Dinner tonight is prepared for you at the villa, where you can get to know your fellow guests.

Wednesday 30th December -

This morning, after breakfast, you will have your first cooking lesson, and then enjoy what you have prepared for lunch. Later on in the afternoon, you will have a private wine tasting in a local winery. Upon your return to the villa, you will be given time to relax before tonight’s dinner.

Thursday 31st December -

This morning, after breakfast, you’ll go into Florence where you will visit the San Lorenzo market, accompanied by your host, to get fresh ingredients for tonight’s big celebration dinner. Afterwards, enjoy lunch at a local ‘trattoria’. There will be some free time for shopping and sightseeing before returning, late afternoon to the villa. You will spend the rest of 2020 preparing tonight’s big ‘Cenone di Capodanno’ (New Year’s Eve) celebration dinner. Enjoy a real Italian celebration, excellent food, wine and company while you wait for the arrival of 2021.

Friday 1st January -

A late breakfast, after a late night, the rest of the morning is free to relax and gather round the fire for a chat. Our cook will prepare lunch for you. This afternoon your final cooking lesson will involve preparing tonight’s dinner to welcome in 2020
