November is the best time to experience Tuscany’s truffle season in full swing. It’s when the famous white truffle Festival of San Miniato is held and we’ve put together a very special foodie weekend for our Amici guests.

Wander through the charming medieval town of San Miniato and explore market stalls brimming with truffle delicacies, local wines, artisanal cheeses, and gourmet specialties. Lunch at Dario Cecchini’s Legendary Restaurant: Enjoy an unforgettable meal at the famous butcher-turned-chef Dario Cecchini’s restaurant in Panzano. Known for his theatrical approach to butchery and passion for Tuscan cuisine, Dario’s multi-course meat feast is an experience like no other.
Exclusive Cooking Experience: Join Livia for 2 cooking class where she shares her favourite Truffle dishes.
Food Tastings – enjoy a wine & cheese pairing lesson with Livia.

Truffle and Food Weekend

Day 1 - Benvenuti!

Welcome to Tuscany! Afer settling in you will have a cooking lesson, incorporating truffles, followed by dinner.

Day 2 - Day at San Minato food Festival.

You will spend the day at San Minato food Festival with lunch in San Minato. We will return to the villa for dinner.

Day 3 - Dario Cecchini for lunch

We will visit the Sunday morning market in Panzano (if you have chosen the weekend of 14th-17th November). We will have lunch at Dario Cecchini, returning to the villa for dinner.

Day 4 - Cooking lesson - arrivederci

Morning cooking lesson followed by lunch. We will depart as per your flight for Pisa airport (see travel details below).
