Penicuik Festive Fling - Itinerary
Day 1 - Fàilte gu Penicuik House!
You will arrive at your grand, iconic and eccentric Penicuik House, where you can settle in, meet your host and enjoy a traditional afternoon tea with welcome drinks. You will then enjoy a wine tasting with Nikki Welch, before sitting down for a traditional Scottish dinner this evening.
Day 2 - Street photography with Mark Holden - Johnnie Walker Whisky tour and tasting
Begin the day with breakfast with your fellow guests, then our driver will pick you up and take you to our head office in Dean Village, join Mark Holden for a street photography session before enjoying lunch in our office, make your way to the Johnnie Walker experience for a whisky tour and tasting. It’s back to Penicuik House for dinner, prepared by your chef.
Day 3 - Christmas Wreath making - walk the "Christmas at the Botanics" light trail at the Royal Botanic Garden
After breakfast, spend the morning making Christmas wreaths with our resident interior designer. Early evening before dinner you will visit the Botanics to enjoy the festive lights and then it’s back to Penicuik House to celebrate your final evening with a farewell dinner prepared by your chef.
