Pilates Holiday Itinerary (sample itinerary)
Day 1 - Benvenuti!
Welcome to Sicily! You will arrive at the villa where you can settle in, meet your chef and host and enjoy welcome drinks. Dinner this evening is at the villa, prepared by your chef.
Day 2 - First Pilates session followed by a beach walk
Begin the day with energizing morning Pilates, followed by breakfast. You will then enjoy a leisurely walk along the coast to a local beach before returning to the villa for lunch. There will be an evening Pilates lesson before dinner, which is prepared for you at the villa.
Day 3 - Visit to the coastal town of Siracusa
You will have another Pilates lesson today before breakfast. We will then visit the coastal town of Siracusa, one of the great cities of the Western Greek diaspora. Don’t miss the impressive cathedral Santa Maria delle Colonna, or the wealth of ancient architecture and art, before having lunch in a local restaurant in the old part of the city, Ortigia. You will have some more time to explore after lunch. We will then travel to Noto – don’t miss visiting its beautiful Cathedral, or stop by Caffe’ Sicilia to taste their famous ice cream. Dinner tonight is prepared by your chef back at the villa.
Day 4 - Relaxing day at the seaside
This morning you will have another Pilates lesson before breakfast, before heading out to a local beach for a day of seaside relaxation. Enjoy lunch at a local beach cafe. Later this afternoon, return to the villa for your Pilates lesson and dinner.
Day 5 - Visit to Modica
Enjoy Pilates before breakfast then you can enjoy time by the pool followed by lunch. Later in the afternoon we will head to Modica with some time to enjoy the local boutique shops before dinner in a local trattoria.
Day 6 - Relaxing day at the villa, with an optional coastal walk
Another Pilates lesson this morning before the option of another coastal walk. Lunch will be at the villa. This afternoon, take some time to relax at the villa before another Pilates lesson before dinner at the villa.
Day 7 - Final Pilates plus an optional massage
This morning, you will have another energising Pilates lesson before breakfast, and then you can choose to have an optional massage before lunch at the villa followed by your final Pilates lesson. In the evening, celebrate with a special farewell dinner prepared by your chef.
Day 8 - Arrivederci
After breakfast, our transfer will collect you and take you back to Catania Airport for your flight home.
